No jargon. Here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do.
What we collect.
- If you join the list: your email, your language, the date, and the version of the consent text you saw.
- If you apply for the pilot: your form answers (structure, team size, clients, tools, your written answer) and your email.
What we do with it.
- The list exists for one thing: sending you ONE email at the next opening. No newsletter, no follow-ups.
- Applications are used only to select the pilot cohort. Ismail reads them himself.
What we never do.
- Sell, rent or share your address. With anyone.
- Email you about anything other than what was promised when you signed up.
How long.
- List: until the opening email, then we purge addresses that do not respond.
- Applications: for the selection and the pilot, then deleted on request.
Your rights.
- Access, correction, deletion: one email to hello@validessa.com and it is done, no justification needed.
